Gillespie’s Fine Spirits is a family owned and operated Artisan Craft Distillery on the Sea to Sky highway in Squamish BC just South of Whistler. We are proud of our hand crafted spirits, non-alcoholic Boozewitch Shrubs and Drinking Vinegars, seasonal and unique one time offerings, with everything being made from BC grown grains and fruit.
